What happens when my 30-day trial ends?
Your trial ends and nothing is charged automatically. If you want to keep using Road Minds, you choose a plan and pay for it yourself.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time in Manage billing. Your access carries on until the end of the period you have paid for. No part-period refunds are given unless the law requires one. Cancelling your plan does not cancel learner places automatically, so please cancel those in Manage billing too.
How does the Schools plan work?
The Schools plan is £5 per instructor a month, for 3 or more instructors. It gives access to the account that buys it, and we set up the other instructors at your school on request.
How do learner places work?
Learner places are £2.50 per learner a month, on any plan. They are a separate monthly subscription in your name, billed to the same card, and they are free during the 30-day trial. Please explain Road Minds to each learner and have their agreement before you invite them.
Why do I tick a box before paying?
Before paying, you are asked to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that, once access begins, you lose your usual 14-day right to cancel. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should.
Is VAT added?
No. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
