Purchase information
Road Minds digital-access terms
These terms apply when you purchase the Road Minds 40-card web app. Road Minds is a digital learning product provided by Drive Automatic.
1. What you are buying
Your £15.99 one-off payment provides personal access to all 40 interactive Road Minds Calm Driving Cards. It is not a subscription. Your private access link can be activated on up to two devices and must not be shared or resold.
2. Delivery and access
After successful payment, the private access link is sent to the email address entered at Stripe checkout. It will normally arrive within a few minutes. Please check your junk or spam folder and keep the email safe.
If your link does not arrive or does not work, contact us so we can check the payment and restore access where appropriate.
3. Immediate digital access and cancellation
Before continuing to Stripe, you are asked to expressly request that digital access begins immediately and to acknowledge that, once access begins, your usual 14-day right to cancel is lost.
If access has not begun, contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
4. Faults and refunds
If the digital content is faulty, not as described or does not work as it should, contact us. We will first try to correct the problem or restore access. Where the law requires a refund or another remedy, those rights continue to apply.
5. Safe and appropriate use
- Choose and read cards before driving or while safely parked.
- Never interact with the web app while driving.
- Follow your driving instructor’s guidance and the Highway Code.
- Road Minds is educational support, not medical advice or an official DVSA product.
6. Contact and purchase support
Call 0330 094 6898 or use the Drive Automatic contact form (see also our contact page). How we use your details is explained in our privacy policy. Please retain your Stripe receipt and Road Minds access email so we can locate your purchase.
7. Changes to these terms
The terms applying to your purchase are those shown when you order. Any later change will not remove rights you already have.
