Road Minds school evaluation licence

- Your named account is for evaluating Road Minds for the school recorded on it. Access lasts until the expiry shown in your account, normally 30 days from activation.
- You may show the lessons to your own learners during supervised evaluation, between lessons or while safely parked. Learners do not receive their own access or a copy of the materials.
- Do not share your password or invitation, resell access, distribute the materials, remove ownership notices or watermarks, or copy them into another product or service. Ordinary temporary browser copies needed to use the service are permitted. Any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
- You may send screenshots privately to Road Minds solely to report a fault. Do not publish screenshots or recordings. Keep non-public trial materials confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or to a professional adviser under confidentiality.
- This is an evaluation edition. Check guidance before teaching it; diagrams are illustrative and do not replace instructor judgement, the Highway Code or the vehicle handbook. Never operate it in a way that distracts a driver.
- Road Minds may correct material, suspend access for misuse or end the evaluation. When access ends, stop using the materials and delete any permitted evaluation copies unless legally required to retain them.
- You keep ownership of your feedback and permit Road Minds to use it to improve the product. No purchase, payment or subscription is created by accepting these terms. Any future purchase needs a separate agreement.
Accept only if you are authorised to evaluate on behalf of the named school. These terms do not give Road Minds ownership of third-party material or remove rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.
