We store your name, school, email, password hash, invitation and account status, trial dates, terms acceptance, public registration and feedback agreement, recent login time, page-access records and submitted feedback. We use these to provide the requested trial, protect access and evaluate the product. Security uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit login attempts. We do not ask for pupil details; do not include them in feedback.
Our bases are performance of the trial agreement and legitimate interests in security, product evaluation and contacting driving professionals about the trial. Records and outgoing mail are handled through our hosting service, Hostinger. We do not sell trial data or use it for automated decisions about you. Every invitation includes an opt-out link, and opt-out addresses are kept on a suppression list so they are not invited again.
Access logs are removed after 90 days; security rate-limit records after one day. Expired or revoked trial accounts and their feedback are automatically removed after 180 days of inactivity after access ends. Opt-out records are retained so the request continues to be honoured, unless the person later asks to receive emails again. Hosting backups follow the hosting account’s separate backup retention.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to legitimate-interest processing. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms; there are no advertising cookies in this portal.
